Now I know this is a site about real estate near Bates County, MO real estate and often some of the other areas around Bates County; like Bourbon county, KS, Cass County, MO and even Miami County, KS. But I am a marketing kind of guy, if I see a good deal or I have a property listed I make darn sure everyone knows about it!

I was looking for some property for one of my clients today and came across some properties listed for sale in Butler, MO. I thought I'd share that info with my readers.

I found these properties listed on Loopnet.com ( http://www.loopnet.com ), a site I use often for listing and selling commercial real estate and investment property.

Listed by Sperry Van Ness is a 20,000 square foot warehouse in Butler Industrial Park.

Priced at $295,000 this is a new building with no interior finish yet. The building is on over 5 acres of land and has easy access to Hwy 71.

Bates County Real Estate .Com Officially launched it's new site today!

With much fanfare and excitement we officially launched our website today! We did couldn't get a band on such short notice so we just listened to KLOVE.

We did However post the link to Bens Facebook page, and posted some information on Craigslist. In the coming months we will take this site to new highs! As we get Google to see us and start tracking traffic, the numbers will increase exponentially!
