As the only Accredited Equestrian Real Estate Professional in Missouri or Kansas, I get a lot of horse folks asking me for information about horse farms, horse properties and equine event and training centers.
So I thought I'd post some information about available equine related properties in Missouri and Kansas.
Here is a list from Loopnet.com, probably one of the most informative and complete sites on the Internet for farm and ranch real estate.

This week while talking with some members of The Institute of Equestrian Real Estate Professionals ( IEREP ) a discussion arose about the number of requests we get from people looking to rent a house where they can keep horses.
I've had several requests this year, One fella; Mr. Morgan sent me an email just a week ago. He was looking for a place he could rent somewhere near Harrisonville, MO that he could keep up to 5 horses.
I've worked with rental property on acreage, and the response is tremendous. I get calls and emails like wildfire for the most basic homes on acreage.
If you are in a position where your just not ready to sell you might consider renting the property. Horse friendly rental property is a rare commodity.
